2. Rides and Payments

When you request a ride through our Services, we will match you with an available driver. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any ride request in our sole discretion.

2.2 Fares

Fares for rides arranged through our Services are calculated based on factors such as distance, time, and local demand. You agree to pay all fares applicable to your use of the Services. Fares may include taxes, fees, and surcharges as required by law or as determined by KTS Cab.

2.3 Payment Methods

You may pay for rides using the payment methods available in our application, such as credit cards, debit cards, or cash (where available). By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fares to that payment method.

3. User Conduct

3.1 General Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:

• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate KTS Cab, a KTS Cab employee, or any other person or entity

3.2 Passenger Conduct

As a passenger using our Services, you agree to:

• Treat drivers and other passengers with respect
• Not engage in any disruptive, threatening, or harmful behavior during rides
• Not bring illegal substances or unauthorized weapons into the vehicle
• Comply with all safety instructions provided by the driver
• Not request drivers to violate traffic laws or maximum occupancy requirements

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, KTS CAB EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KTS CAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF KTS CAB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KTS Cab and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

KTS Cab may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
